In his statement, Bobrisky elucidated the disparities among a crossdresser, a transgender individual, and a trans woman. He emphasized that his recent surgical procedures, including genital removal, necessitate a change in his classification.

According to Bobrisky’s explanation:

“A crossdresser is a man who has not undergone any surgical procedures and typically presents himself in women’s clothing, hairstyles, and makeup.

TRANSGENDER individuals, on the other hand, have undergone extensive surgeries to transition physically into the opposite gender. Despite these alterations, some may choose to retain their genitalia based on personal preference.

TRANS WOMEN, like myself, were assigned male at birth but identify and live as women. They have undergone gender affirmation surgeries and no longer possess male genitalia, aligning fully with their gender identity.”
