A tense moment unfolded at a Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday as Tigran Gambaryan, an executive of Binance in detention, reportedly collapsed in court, allegedly due to ill health. The incident occurred shortly after Justice Emeka Nwite commenced trial proceedings. Gambaryan, seated in the back row, failed to respond when the court registrar called the case. With the assistance of a defense lawyer, he was escorted to the dock but collapsed en route. Mark Mordi, Gambaryan’s lawyer, informed the court that his client had been unwell, citing a filed application letter detailing his health condition.
