In a post shared on his Facebook page on Tuesday night, the journalist and politician said his attention was drawn to a “misleading video compilation” allegedly circulated by what he described as “propagandists,” suggesting that he was seeking a role in the current government.
Ojudu clarified that he did not grant any interview in March 2026, adding that the last interview he participated in was in 2025, during the launch of his book, “Adventures of a Guerrilla Journalist.” He explained that his remarks in that interview were strictly related to the book.
“My attention has been drawn to a misleading video compilation suggesting that I am seeking a role in the current government. This is entirely false,” he stated.
He further noted, “I did not grant any interview in March 2026. The last interview I granted was last year, in connection with my book. My comments then were strictly about the book and nothing else.”
Reaffirming his position, Ojudu emphasized that his stance remains unchanged and that he has no intention of joining the current administration.
“For the avoidance of doubt, I remain consistent in my convictions and have no intention of participating in the present government. My political position remains unchanged,” he added.
