The PDP leader emphasized that claims linking the FCT minister to Shaibu’s aspirations lack foundation and should be dismissed by all PDP members in the state.
He stated, “People are merely leveraging Wike’s name for political advantage, while Wike has already moved forward and should be allowed to concentrate on his responsibilities as the FCT Minister.
“I want to emphasize that these speculations lack substance and should be ignored by all PDP supporters in Edo State.”
Onaiwu encouraged PDP members in Edo to concentrate on building a robust, cohesive party and to stay committed to the party’s principles and ideals.
He also urged all party members to work diligently towards the shared objective of securing victory in the 2024 governorship election in the state, emphasizing, “We must concentrate on building a resilient and unified PDP in Edo. Let’s not be sidetracked by speculations and unfounded rumors.”
