EFCC Rejects Claims Of Arrest Warrants For Loan Defaulters As False

In an official statement released through its verified communication channel, the anti-graft body addressed a trending document titled “Arrest Warrant Processing” and “Loan Fraud Escalation,” among others.
The EFCC clarified that these purported documents were not of its origin and disassociated itself from them.
The commission encouraged the public to dismiss these claims.
“The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, would like to emphasize that it did not generate the contrived documents regarding ‘Arrest Warrant Processing,’ ‘Loan Fraud Escalation,’ and similar documents being circulated by certain loan companies against individuals accused of loan defaults,” stated the commission.
