Jasmine shared a heartfelt message on her official Instagram page, expressing her enduring gratitude for the affection her father showed her. She bemoaned the unfortunate situation where her benevolent actions were misconstrued as malevolent.

She wrote, “Goodnight papa! You will forever be remembered for the love you gave and the laughter you brought. I am grateful to God that I was able to reciprocate that love until the very end.

“Despite all that was said, every single good I did was misconstrued as evil. You always assured me that when the day you speak arrives, the world will listen, and that emboldened me to persevere. Now I am shattered because that day will never come. Perhaps the tales will persist indefinitely, perhaps the bullying will never cease, but I know and I’m thankful for the glimmer of hope you instilled in me even in your darkest moments.

“Every act of kindness I extended was repaid with malice, from the hands of the very people who were never truly there for you when you needed them the most. But daddy, do you know what holds the most significance amid all these allegations? You never belittled me; you cherished me until your final breath.

“The agonies you endured in your last days, you endured with a smile. I am not grieving your passing; I am lamenting all the sufferings you had to endure. Through over 15 successful surgeries, you proved yourself a warrior! You battled death repeatedly until its grasp ultimately overpowered you.

“I hope you find genuine happiness, tranquility, and eternal rest in God’s embrace! May God chuckle at all your jests, and may angels double over in laughter at every exchange with you. I lost a hero, but Heaven gained an angel.
