Ex-CAN Leader Challenges Arewa Youths: Nigeria’s Ownership Unilateral, Kadzai Contends....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Engr. Daniel Kadzai, erstwhile National Youth Leader of the Congress of Northern Nigeria Christians, has rebuked Arewa youths, urging them to substantiate their demand for Senate President Godswill Akpabio’s resignation with evidence.

Expressing disdain for what he perceives as the Arewa youths’ audacious pronouncements on national matters, Kadzai questioned the basis of their continuous assertions. Recently, a faction identified as the Arewa Conglomerates issued a call for Akpabio’s resignation.

Labeling this demand as irresponsible, Kadzai, also a former National President of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) and Chairman of the Interfaith Coalition Conference, dismissed it as a weak pretext lacking validity.

In an interview with bushradiogist, Kadzai criticized the Arewa group’s discomfort since President Bola Tinubu’s assumption of office and the appointment of a Southerner as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), alongside a Southerner ascending to the Senate Presidency. He attributed the group’s unease to a perceived loss of influence.

Blaming previous administrations for the nation’s challenges, Kadzai urged the Arewa faction to desist from presuming ownership of Nigeria by opposing anything not aligned with northern Muslim interests.
