Exclusive List: AMCON Unveils 10 Stunning Properties Now On Sale Nationwide

The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has listed several prime properties for sale across major Nigerian cities. The properties are located in Lagos, Abuja, Oyo, Plateau, and Rivers States.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

According to a public notice published in ThisDay Newspaper on Monday, the sale is part of AMCON’s continued effort to recover and manage non-performing assets acquired from financial institutions.

The properties up for grabs include commercial complexes, residential buildings, and warehouses, and will be sold via competitive bidding, with all bids expected to be submitted by July 11.

AMCON stated that the bid opening schedule will be announced soon, and further details can be accessed on the agency’s official website.

Highlights from the Property List:

1. Warehouse & Office Complex – Ibadan, Oyo State
   Located at Km 9, Old Lagos Road, Podo, this industrial property spans 12,802.83 sqm and includes a warehouse, office block, security post, toilets, and generator block.

2. Office Building – Gbagada, Lagos State
   Situated at 3 Sawyer Crescent near Corona School, this 1,343.10 sqm property has two floors, a generator house, and a gatehouse. Though zoned residential, it can be used for offices or schools.

3. Former Hotel Sumiram & Green Restaurant – Jos, Plateau State
   On Secretariat Link Road, the property has multiple rooms, a bar, pool area, garden, and utility blocks, all spread across 2,567.74 sqm.

4. Five-Storey Commercial Complex – Silverbird Mall, Abuja
   Located in the Central Area, this 15,650.10 sqm property was seized by AMCON in a debt case involving the Silverbird Group.

5. Warehouse & Office Block – Aba Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State
   Next to Isaac Boro Park flyover, this 2,529.63 sqm site includes a warehouse and office facility.

6. Six 3-Bedroom Flats – Rumuodara, Rivers State
   Located at 216 Okporo Road in Obio Akpor LGA, this residential property spans 613.19 sqm and includes six flats and a gatehouse.

   On Sani Abacha 7 Link Road, this 2,360.32 sqm compound features detached and semi-detached duplexes, a powerhouse, and a gatehouse.

   This fenced 7,607.99 sqm property at Km 2 includes two warehouse bays and a security gatehouse.
