Explosive Claim: Arabambi Accuses Peter Obi Of Taking ₦12 Billion, $15M From Labour Party
A factional National Publicity Secretary of the Labour Party, Abayomi Arabambi, has accused former presidential candidate Peter Obi of allegedly leaving the party with substantial funds belonging to it.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Arabambi made the allegation during an interview with Nevon HQ, claiming that the Labour Party had over ₦12 billion in one of its accounts, alongside another $15 million held in a separate dollar account.
He alleged that Obi left the party with the funds and subsequently distanced himself from the organisation.
According to him, the figures in question are far beyond what Obi could have personally accumulated, insisting that they do not align with his known financial background.
Arabambi also claimed that one of Obi’s companies in the United Kingdom previously went bankrupt over a debt of approximately £900,000.
He further stated that legal action would soon be initiated regarding the alleged missing party funds, adding that the matter would not be allowed to go unresolved.
“In that account we had over 12 billion naira and in another dollar account we had 15 million dollars that Obi ran away with. That was why he ran away from Labour Party. Obi has never made 12 billion naira. Even his company in the UK went bankrupt because of 900 thousand pounds,” he said.
