Fatal Accident Claims One Life, Several Injured On Lagos-Ibadan Expressway....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
A tragic accident claimed one life on Saturday around 2:58 PM near Saapade, along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway. The incident involved a white Mazda bus, registered as GGE 858 XY, which was reportedly traveling at high speed when a tyre burst, causing the driver to lose control, and the vehicle overturned.
According to Florence Okpe, spokesperson for the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Ogun State Sector Command, a total of 17 individuals were involved in the crash. Among them were eight male adults, seven female adults, one female child, and one male child. Sadly, a female adult lost her life, while ten others suffered serious injuries, including two men, six women, and two children.
The injured were rushed to Patmag Hospital in Ogere for treatment, and the deceased was taken to the FOS Morgue in Ipara Remo.
