In a strongly worded statement titled “Communities in Abyss, Country on the Brink,” Muhammad condemned President Bola Tinubu’s administration, describing it as incompetent and accusing it of worsening the nation’s already dire security crisis.

She lamented the federal government’s failure to tackle the deepening chaos across the country, calling the situation a “nightmare.”

“The APC-led federal government under Tinubu has turned governance into a horror show, plagued by terror and failure,” she declared.

Muhammad disclosed that she has been receiving threats from individuals aligned with powerful figures in government.

“I fear for my life and safety, but I will not be silenced or compromised by these dark agents of oppression. My life is in the hands of Allah, not in the grip of the Nigerian government or its enforcers,” she stated firmly.

She also took aim at the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, for claiming that insecurity had reduced by 90%, citing recent mass killings in Plateau and Edo states as evidence to the contrary.

Specifically, she referenced the massacre of over 60 people in Plateau State’s Bokkos communities between April 2 and 3, where villages such as Mangar Tamiso and Daffo were attacked for hours without any security intervention.

“This government’s failure is not just tragic—it is terrifying,” she emphasized. “The bloodshed in Bokkos, where entire families were wiped out and livelihoods destroyed, is a chilling reminder of the cost of bad leadership.”

Muhammad warned that the escalating violence and the government’s inaction could be part of a calculated plan to destabilize Nigeria ahead of the 2027 elections.

She accused both government officials and security agencies of gross negligence and corruption, arguing that their priorities lie in protecting the interests of the political elite rather than ensuring the safety of ordinary Nigerians.
