According to a reliable source, Femi Falana arrived in Kano on Thursday and obtained a comprehensive brief on the case, which is currently before a Federal High Court in Kano.

He revealed that the adjournment was due to the applicant’s counsel not being prepared to respond to the processes served to him. The new hearing date was set for July 25, 2023.
It should be noted that Dr. Ganduje, represented by Bar. B. Hemba, had previously filed an Ex Parte Motion before the court, seeking to restrain the Commission from arresting, investigating, or inviting him over the alleged dollar.
