Ibadan North Shakes: PDP’s Oyekunle Stuns Opponents In By-Election Landslide

 

The operation, conducted on Saturday in Bama Local Government Area, involved both Nigerian troops and hybrid forces. The publication reported that while some insurgents fled, five were killed. The troops recovered various weapons and equipment, including three dane guns, two RPG bombs, an RPG charger, an empty magazine, 23 rounds of 7.62 x 54mm ammunition, and medical supplies.

This operation follows a previous raid on August 9, which resulted in the deaths of 14 Boko Haram terrorists across several hideouts in Bama LGA. Additionally, 16 family members of the terrorists, including one adult female and 15 children, were rescued during that operation.
