In a recent interview on Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Buhari addressed the notion of cabal influence during his tenure, stating, “It must have been their imagination.
He further explained that his focus has primarily been on local issues, saying, “I am so preoccupied with the local problems that I hardly think about the external problems.
Throughout his presidency, there were speculations about certain influential figures within the Presidency making key decisions for Buhari, with some being identified as close relatives and a former aide.
