From Scratch To Heartbreak: Nigerian Woman Reveals How Husband Threw Her And Daughter Out For Another Woman

A Nigerian woman named Ashanty has expressed regret over marrying her husband when they were financially unstable.

She shared her thoughts on a Facebook group this Thursday in response to a post asking married women to reveal mistakes they still regret, hoping others can learn from them.

Ashanty explained that she and her husband started their life together from scratch, believing their situation would improve. However, when things finally got better, her husband threw her and their daughter out because of another woman.

“I agreed to start from scratch with someone, trusting that things would get better, and we thank God they did. But when things improved, he kicked me and my daughter out for another woman. I truly regret that decision,” she wrote.

Other married women in the group also shared their regrets, mentioning early marriage and marrying without a steady income as common mistakes.
