Ganduje Rejects Doom Prophecies – Aide Issues Strong Warning To Controversial Cleric

In a statement, Okpala warned Ayodele to cease making negative prophecies, urging the church leader to refrain from statements that instill fear in people. Okpala emphasized that Ayodele’s prophecies were unacceptable.

He stated: “Men of God, both in the Bible and the holy Koran, are known for preaching peace, unity, love, and happiness. Even when negative revelations are made about their nation or individuals, they pray fervently against such occurrences. Anything contrary is deviance and ungodly. Through such prophecies, Primate Ayodele appears to be a politician in cassock.

“God warned in Jeremiah 23:16: ‘Thus saith the Lord of hosts, hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you. They lead you unto vanity. They speak a vision of their own heart and not out of the mouth of the Lord.’

“Dr. Ganduje understands that no religion promotes or causes confusion. He remains focused on working closely with our esteemed leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The national chairman, despite prophecies of doom and catastrophe, will never give in to politics of bad blood, as he is well known for his love for his people and the nation
