The SSG specified that the suspended individuals are required to hand over their responsibilities to the most senior officers in their respective offices.
However, it was observed that the suspension triggered apprehension and unease among the governor’s executive team and other high-ranking appointees.
Governor Uzodinma reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to delivering the benefits of democracy to the people of Imo State. During a courtesy visit from leaders and stakeholders of Orlu Zone, led by Senator Osita Izunaso, at the government house in Owerri on Tuesday, the governor emphasized that his re-election victory is a testament to the support of the people.
He acknowledged the significant political influence of the Orlu zone in Imo state, expressing gratitude for the leaders and stakeholders’ contributions during the election.
