In a press statement signed by its Coordinating Secretary, Bello Gambo, the group advised the State House of Assembly and the government to reject any sentimental calls for the dissolution of the Bichi, Karaye, Gaya, and Rano Emirates. According to the group, succumbing to such pressures could lead to an undesirable state of anarchy.

Responding to a previous plea from another group urging the swift dissolution of the emirates and the reinstatement of the dethroned Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II, the Inuwar Masarautar Bichi stressed the need to avoid experimenting with conflict theory, especially during a period of evident hardship in the region.

The group, represented by Bello Gambo and 77 others who endorsed the statement, emphasized the potential negative outcomes of tampering with the existing Emirates Council structure. They argued that such actions could not only create confusion but also diminish the reputation of the state on a national scale.

Calling for dialogue, local empowerment, infrastructural development, and the preservation of cultural aspirations, the group asserted that genuine peace, progress, and cultural stability in Kano could only be achieved through these means. They expressed the importance of respecting the agency of different indigenous communities and supporting the efforts of local people, politicians, and individual Emirates Councils
