The Federal High Court in Abuja recently denied Bello’s request to suspend proceedings in the case, which is being heard before Justice Emeka Nwite.

Despite attempts to arrest him and his repeated failure to appear for arraignment, Bello has been declared wanted by the EFCC and placed on a watchlist by Nigerian Immigration.

In response, the Vanguard for Credible Representation urged Bello to seize the opportunity on June 13, 2024, to attend court and defend his integrity before the judiciary.
