Abubakar expressed that aiding those in need has become a significant part of her life. She remarked, “The experiences of many individuals with disabilities are deeply moving. Some were born with disabilities, while others became disabled due to preventable circumstances. It’s inspiring to see many not giving up on their dreams, and it’s our duty to help make those dreams a reality. There is indeed ability within disability.”

She added that her foundation aims to expand its efforts to all regions of Nigeria and beyond, targeting areas across the continent with vulnerable populations.

At the event, Emir of Karomajiji in Abuja, Suleiman Muhammad, praised Abubakar’s efforts and described her as a woman of substance who is well-regarded by the community. He also encouraged other celebrities to follow her example. The event was coordinated by Chris Odey, founder of the Goodwill Ambassador Agency.
