Regina’s other brother, Sweezy, took to Instagram to accuse Senator Nwoko of intimidation, claiming that Sammy’s situation had gone beyond a lawful arrest.

According to Sweezy, Sammy has been denied access to legal representation, food, and water. He further alleged that Ned vowed not to release Sammy until Regina returns to his matrimonial home.

In a separate post on Tuesday, Regina Daniels expressed shock over the senator’s actions, revealing that Ned had often called her “the most useless wife”—yet now demands her return.

The actress decried the alleged detention of her brother, describing it as an act of obsession rather than love.

She wrote:

“This is now a case of kidnapping. Holding my brother until I return is diabolical! What do I call this — love or obsession? You’ve always called me the most useless wife, so why do you want that useless wife back? Free my brother! No matter what he did, his parents and family should be allowed to see him.
