High Court Makes Final Ruling On Bail Application Of Yahaya BelloThe Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has denied the bail application submitted by former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Naija News reports that Justice Maryann, the presiding judge, struck out the application on Tuesday morning, citing that it was filed before Bello had been taken into custody by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The application was filed on November 22, 2024, while Bello was not taken into custody until November 26, and was subsequently arraigned by the EFCC on November 27, 2024.
