The Honourable Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh FNSE, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.

In his goodwill message, the Minister described Dr. Ogbuku as a resourceful and creative administrator whose tenure has transformed the NDDC from a transactional to a truly transformational agency. He noted that under Dr. Ogbuku’s stewardship, the Commission has continued to deliver tangible results that directly align with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Engr. Momoh commended the NDDC boss for his patriotism, his commitment to excellence, and his ability to maintain a smooth and productive relationship with both the NDDC Board and staff. He further extolled Dr. Ogbuku’s strong family values, describing them as the bedrock of the discipline and integrity he brings into public service.
