Honest Nigerian Pilgrim In Makkah Returns Lost $800 Alongside Other Currency....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Abba Limawa, a pilgrim from Dutse Local Government in Jigawa State, Nigeria, demonstrated exceptional honesty while performing Hajj in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. He discovered and returned a total of $800, 10,500 Russian rubles, and 690 Saudi Riyals to the authorities.

At the post-Arafat conference in Makkah, Limawa, 52 years old, handed over the various currencies to Malam Jalal Arabi, Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON). He found the money in a waist bag on his way to Masjid Haram (Mosque) and initially considered ignoring it. However, he decided to pick it up, thinking it might belong to a fellow Nigerian, possibly an elderly woman.

Upon examining the contents later, Limawa found no Nigerian currency or identifying information suggesting it belonged to a Nigerian. He then promptly reported the discovery to officials from the Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Boards, who praised his honesty. They assured him they would deliver the money to NAHCON to facilitate its return to the rightful owner.

In response, Malam Jalal Arabi commended Limawa for his integrity and for positively representing Nigeria on the global stage.
