The actress and her husband have reportedly been at odds since Sammy’s arrest, which Regina’s family claims was orchestrated by Nwoko. They allege he vowed not to release her brother unless she returns home and submits to his conditions.

Taking to Instagram on Friday morning, a distraught Regina revealed that her efforts to secure her brother’s release have been futile, leaving her with no option but to give in.

“I give up!” she wrote in frustration. “What was my brother’s offense? Defending his sister from a man who constantly beats her? I once respected the Nigerian police, but shame on you all! It’s clear now—the highest bidder always wins.

“Now I’m crippled! I’ll return if that’s the only way. I’ll do whatever he says, get injected, be turned into a zombie, locked up, raped—just so my brother can be freed. Because by law, there’s no real case against SammyWest! Ned Nwoko is bigger than the whole of Nigeria—this proves it. I’ve lost… completely lost.”
