Mrs. Obaseki’s advice came in response to a viral video featuring former Governor Adams Oshiomhole’s comments about her childlessness. Addressing over 200 women from various countries, Mrs. Obaseki stated, “I call you fruitful. You and I are potential mothers of children who will come in God’s time. Embrace the life you have now.”

She shared her personal experiences with miscarriages and stillbirths, assuring women that they are not barren despite their struggles. “Even if you have no children to show for the pain, you are not barren,” she said. “Focus on your journey, and children will come.”

Mrs. Obaseki highlighted that true fruitfulness extends beyond childbearing, involving impactful contributions to society. “Women can fulfill their purpose in many ways beyond motherhood,” she added.
