International Youth Day 2026: NDYN Commends Tantita, PAP, REA, NDDC And Others, Unveils Project 2026 To Build 1,000 Niger Delta Youth CEOs

Distinguished members of the press, ladies and gentlemen,

On behalf of the Niger Delta Youth Network (NDYN), I Comrade Scott Ogunseri, National President NDYN, Sincerely appreciate Tantita Security Services, the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Rural Electricfication Agency (REA), Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the Federal Government of Nigeria, Niger Delta State Governors, NGOs and other stakeholders for their various contributions to youth and student empowerment across the Niger Delta.

Your support has made a difference in the lives of many young people, and we commend your efforts.

However, on this International Youth Day 2026, we respectfully appeal to all stakeholders to do more. The challenges facing our youths remain enormous. We need more opportunities, skills development, entrepreneurship support, mentorship, education and access to sustainable livelihoods.

NDYN PROJECT 2026

Today, here in Abuja, the Niger Delta Youth Network officially unveils NDYN Project 2026 — an ambitious initiative to build 1,000 Niger Delta youth CEOs from the scratch.

Our goal is simple: to identify, equip, mentor and empower young people to build businesses, create jobs and become leaders of economic transformation.

We therefore call on Tantita, REA, PAP, NDDC, governments, private organisations, philanthropists, development partners and well-meaning Niger Delta sons and daughters to support and partner with this project.

We believe that when we invest in our youths, we are investing in the future of the Niger Delta.

Our message is clear:

Niger Delta youths are not just leaders of tomorrow. We are partners in development and leaders of today.

Together, let us CONNECT, EMPOWER and TRANSFORM the Niger Delta.
