A woman in Mendeleyevsk, Russia, reportedly took drastic measures after her husband confessed to infidelity by wielding a knife and severing his genitals. The disturbing scene unfolded in their apartment, with images showing the man lying naked on the floor, drenched in blood.

Emergency responders arrived to find the man in a state of shock and agony, rushed him to the hospital due to severe blood loss, but tragically, medical intervention couldn’t salvage his severed organ.
