In an interview with Afrikmedia, Jux opened up about the challenges of guiding Priscilla through such a profound religious shift, expressing gratitude to Islamic scholars and mentors whose support and guidance were instrumental throughout the process.

He highlighted the importance of patience and gentle persuasion, revealing that he was advised to take a thoughtful, gradual approach rather than pressure her into converting.

“It wasn’t easy,” Jux admitted. “But I had always envisioned what I wanted my wedding to be like, and I was lucky to have someone who shared similar dreams.”

He added, “Convincing her wasn’t straightforward, but with lessons from devout Islamic leaders, I learned the best way was to move slowly—introducing her to the faith step by step. It took time, but eventually, she embraced it.”
