The educators, in an open communication directed to the Permanent Secretary and Minister for Education, urged the immediate disbursement of their outstanding salary arrears spanning three years.

Hired between 2018 and 2020, these teachers highlighted that they have not received any compensation since their employment due to not being integrated into the Integrated Payroll and Personal Information System (IPPIS) platform, among other factors.

Expressing their collective resolve, they have requested the prompt settlement of their long-overdue arrears, stressing that the delayed remuneration has affected their enthusiasm and welfare, hampering their ability to effectively contribute as educators in shaping the nation’s future.
