Kwara Lawmaker’s Family Rescued – Five Suspects Apprehended

According to sources close to the lawmaker’s family, Mr. Lawal Ayansola, who currently represents Malete/Ipaye/Olooru Constituency in the State House of Assembly, they were set free on Wednesday.
The three family members had been abducted from their Shao residence in Moro Local Government Area of the State.
Reports received by our correspondent, and subsequently confirmed by the Police command’s spokesperson, SP Okasanmi Ajayi, indicate that the victims have been rescued and reunited with their family.
The police spokesperson also revealed that five individuals have been arrested in connection with the abduction of the three victims.
