A Nigerian woman has sparked reactions online after recounting an unusual experience at her friend’s bridal shower, where she revealed that she had gone more than two years without having sex.

She further disclosed that she identifies as demisexual, explaining that she generally finds it difficult to engage in casual sexual relationships without first developing a strong emotional bond with someone.
