Lagos State Unveils Suprising Discovery: 86 Rooms Found Under Dolphin Estate Bridge, Rented At N250,000 A Year!

The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, has revealed that the state government uncovered 86 partitioned rooms beneath the Dolphin Estate Bridge in Ikoyi, Lagos Island. These rooms, measuring 10×10 and 12×10 in size, were rented out to tenants who paid exorbitant annual rents of up to N250,000.

Taking to his social media handle, Wahab disclosed that the enforcement team of Lagos State’s Ministry of Environment and Water Resources successfully cleared all structures, including a container used for various illegal activities, from beneath the Dolphin Estate bridge.
