LASG Unveils Plan To Train 3,000 Youths In Creative And Digital SkillsThe Lagos State Government has officially launched the Lagos Creative Vaults, with 50 participants enrolled in the pilot phase. At a press conference held on Friday at the Lekki Creative Arts and Crafts Market, Aregbe revealed that the training program will span 18 months, offering youths a range of vocational skills. He emphasized that the initiative is part of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to empowering young people and tackling street violence and unrest by providing alternative, meaningful opportunities.

Aregbe urged the participants to take full advantage of this opportunity to become employers themselves, drawing from the expertise of both local and international trainers. “Today is about passion, unity, and love,” he said. “When we talk about tourism, arts, and culture, we must ensure we’re building the next generation, and this program is designed to add value to our communities and empower our youth.”

He encouraged continued learning and collaboration, aiming for participants to excel in their chosen fields and contribute to the growth of Lagos’ creative economy.
