Governor Udom shared the harrowing experience of the Reigners Bible Church building collapse that occurred on December 10, 2016.
The tragic incident took place during the ordination of the Presiding Pastor, Akan Weeks, claiming the lives of numerous worshippers and leaving others injured.
Udom revealed that the church beam fell and shattered the white seat where he was seated, yet he miraculously emerged unharmed.
Reflecting on the incident, Udom emphasized that the circumstances surrounding his narrow escape remain a mystery that only God can unravel.
He expressed gratitude to God for preserving him throughout his ten years in government.
Udom stated, “The central beam from the ceiling shattered the white seat where I was sitting. I don’t know, but I came out alive without even a scratch.
