Legal Bombshell: Court Orders Arrest Of Alleged PFIPC ‘Fake DG’ Adeniyi Adeyemi

A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, who is widely known as the Director General of the controversial Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC).....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Justice Mohammed Umar made the order on Tuesday during proceedings in a case in which Adeyemi is facing an eight-count charge bordering on alleged forgery, fraud, and impersonation. The case is filed as FHC/ABJ/CR/562/2025.

Adeyemi was absent from court when the matter, listed as the 12th case on the day’s cause list, was called for hearing.

Following his absence, counsel representing the Inspector General of Police, who is prosecuting the case, applied for a bench warrant to secure Adeyemi’s arrest. Justice Umar granted the application, ordering law enforcement authorities to arrest the defendant and produce him before the court.
