Little Boy Reportedly Found In Uncompleted Building In Imo With His Legs And Hands Tied
A yet to be identified little boy was found in an uncompleted building in Imo State with his hands and legs tied.
The boy was said to have been rescued by ECOWAS News crew after he was found in the building located around Umuguma Housing Estate in Owerri West Local Government Area of the state.
He is currently at the New Owerri police station.
