She shared this counsel on Tuesday in Victoria Island while inaugurating the 23rd National Women’s Conference organized by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO). The conference’s theme was ‘Unleash Your Potential.’

Tinubu stressed that women possess the ability to shape the future, serving as leaders, innovators, caregivers, and catalysts for positive change. She highlighted the importance of breaking down barriers that impede progress, challenging stereotypes, and fostering an environment of equal opportunity to fully realize their potential.

“Education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and gender equity are crucial foundations that will empower us to unleash our potential.

Our potential extends beyond personal success; it encompasses uplifting our families, communities, and our great nation as a whole. Empowered women lead to a thriving society.”

Tinubu urged every participant to embrace the conference’s theme, ‘Unleash Your Potential,’ not only for personal gain but also for the betterment of their respective states and the entire nation. She called on women to continue striving to make meaningful contributions to the country’s prosperity and progress.
