The attack occurred in a London cab on Spencer Road in Rainham around 5 a.m. on June 23, as reported by the UK Metropolitan Police.
The footage captures three men inside the taxi before the brutal assault began. After the initial passengers exited, one man, wearing a cap, re-entered the back seat. Moments later, an assailant in a black hoodie and red face mask smashed the rear window with a hammer, startling the passenger who then drew a knife in self-defense.
Shortly after, another attacker approached from the opposite side of the car with a knife, forcing the victim to defend himself against threats from both directions. In a panic, the driver accelerated away as the injured passenger pleaded, “Drive fast, uncle,” while throwing cash at him and promising to cover the damage to the vehicle.
