He accused Atiku of establishing fraudulent companies and using them to divert government funds for personal gain during his time in power.
Achimugu went on to claim that the former Vice President had intentions to orchestrate the assassination of certain high-ranking government officials if he were to win the 2023 presidential election.
However, in a surprising turn of events, Achimugu appeared on Arise TV on Monday morning, representing the Minister of Aviation, to defend President Bola Tinubu regarding the Chicago State University certificate controversy.
During the interview, he also asserted that Atiku had a significant amount of money flagged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States.
Therefore, he argued that Atiku should not be allowed to undermine Tinubu’s chances of winning the presidential election.
