In legal matters, proper service of processes is crucial because it allows the parties involved to study the case and know how to respond. The judge’s decision to order the exchange of all relevant processes was appropriate, ensuring that everyone is informed and can respond accordingly, which will also provide the court with a solid foundation to rule on the matter.
