Ned Nwoko Finally Reacts As Regina Daniels’ Viral Medical Documents Stir Debate

The documents, allegedly issued by Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja and signed by its Managing Director/Head of Clinical Services, Dr. Adekunle Adesina, claim the actress has been battling substance-related issues and undergoing a detoxification programme between September 9 and October 15, 2025.

According to the viral report, the hospital’s psychological emergency unit was summoned to Nwoko’s residence on September 23 after Regina was said to have gone two days without sleep and was reportedly displaying aggressive behaviour.

The document further alleges that she exhibited signs such as agitation, verbal aggression, anger, and what was described as an “elated and evasive” mood. It also claims that efforts to support her detox process were hindered because she allegedly retained access to psychoactive substances.

However, the hospital, in a statement released on its official Instagram page, distanced itself from the leaked report—stating that the document did not come from them and reaffirming their commitment to medical confidentiality.

Responding on Saturday, Nwoko noted that while the hospital disowned the publication of the leaked file, it did not explicitly deny authorising the document.

He expressed concern that Regina’s recent actions do not reflect a stable or healthy state of mind, adding that she has become vulnerable to individuals who may be exploiting her.

According to the statement, Senator Nwoko remains deeply worried about Regina’s wellbeing and hopes she receives the support she needs to stay safe and be present for her children.
