NEMA Facility Raided As FCT Residents Desperate Amid Economic Challenges

Residents residing in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, have engaged in widespread looting of the National Emergency Agency (NEMA) warehouse.

Expressing their desperation due to hunger, the residents forcefully entered the warehouse situated in Karimo, Phase 3 Region of the FCT. They proceeded to seize any available food items within their reach.

Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, confirmed the incident to the media, assuring that the situation has been brought under control.
