During the inaugural reunion of retired NCS management officials in Abuja on Saturday, Adeniyi emphasized the significance of this approach in enhancing service delivery.
He noted that the reunion was initiated to honor the extensive experience, expertise, and dedication demonstrated by retired officers during their commendable service in the NCS.
Adeniyi stressed the need to address and rectify existing gaps that may have hindered the optimal utilization of these valuable resources in the past.
Citing successful examples from other organizations, he highlighted specific areas for improvement, stating, “Recognizing the lack of structured programs within the NCS designed specifically to engage retired officers is crucial.
The NCS stands to benefit from the establishment of tailored programs aimed at facilitating seamless collaboration.
