The statement further mentioned that Chief Iwuanyanwu, accompanied by his spouse and fellow members of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, graced the dinner as the guest of honor.
During the dinner, the President-General conveyed deep gratitude to the High Commissioner on behalf of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, commending him for affording the organization an audience.
He noted that Amb. Isola was the first Nigerian High Commissioner in the United Kingdom to extend such a gesture to Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
Iwuanyanwu also emphasized the significance of unity among Nigerian youth and urged them to reject divisive elements that might sow discord within the nation.
Instead, he encouraged them to uphold the values of the country’s founding leaders, which prioritize peaceful coexistence and mutual understanding.
Underlining Nigeria’s potential for prosperity, Iwuanyanwu highlighted the importance of harmony, equity, and fairness. He believed that through these principles, Nigeria could harness its abundant human and natural resources to become a globally prosperous nation.
