The self-proclaimed Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile, Simon Ekpa, has addressed criticisms from Nigerians following his pledge to support Israel with 15,000 troops amid Iran’s recent missile and drone attacks on Israel.
In response to the skepticism expressed on social media, Ekpa took to Twitter on Monday, April 15, asserting that he was occupied with training soldiers during the election period.
“While you were on social media clamoring, we were diligently training soldiers for the defense of Biafra. Nigerian terrorists @HQNigerianArmy attempted their maneuvers in Imo State with 35 armored tanks, fighter jets, and over 50 Hilux vehicles. Go verify the outcome from Lagbaja and Musa,” Ekpa tweeted.
He further criticized the Nigerian military’s actions, alleging their presence in Biafraland and their methods of disseminating information. He emphasized their vulnerability in Biafraland, contrasting it with their reticence regarding other incidents unrelated to Biafra.
Ekpa’s remarks suggest a focus on military preparedness and a sense of defiance against perceived oppression, while also underscoring his commitment to the cause of Biafra.
