Nimmy Ferrari’s Father Breaks Silence, Reveals What Late Actress Told Him About Her House

The father of late Nollywood actress Nimmy Ferrari has broken his silence over allegations made by her mother concerning the actress’ burial and the ownership of her newly completed house.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Nimmy’s mother had accused members of the actress’ paternal family of opposing her burial at the property and allegedly seeking to take control of the house for possible sale.

Reacting to the allegations, Nimmy’s father denied any wrongdoing and insisted that he could not have harmed his daughter. He said Nimmy personally informed him that she was already at a hospital for fibroid surgery, adding that he questioned why she had not told him about the procedure earlier.

According to him, Nimmy had already paid for medical examinations, including scans, and told him that the proposed surgery would cost about ₦3.6 million. He said he subsequently recommended a doctor in Abeokuta whom he believed could provide an alternative treatment.

The grieving father also gave his account of how Nimmy’s house was built. He said the late actress had contacted him after expressing her desire to own a house and that he subsequently informed family elders about her plans.

He claimed the elders agreed to allocate a portion of the family land to Nimmy for the construction of the property.

The father further alleged that Nimmy specifically pleaded with him not to inform her mother about the house. He claimed the actress had previously acquired another piece of land through her mother, but that the land was later sold.

His comments come amid an ongoing family disagreement over Nimmy’s burial and the property she reportedly completed shortly before her death.

Nimmy Ferrari, whose real name was Adesanya Nimota Omotolani, died at the age of 26, reportedly shortly before the planned housewarming of her newly completed home in Sagamu, Ogun State. Reports about her death have linked it to complications following fibroid surgery, although the circumstances surrounding her death and the competing allegations made by her parents remain matters of dispute.

The allegations made by both sides have not been independently established.
