Ejimakor asserts that Kanu, as the leader of millions, will persist until he regains his freedom, emphasizing that four courts would not grant a terrorist both monetary compensation and unconditional release.
In a post on X, Ejimakor stated: “This truth is self-evident: A terrorist can never be awarded monetary compensation by 3 High Courts & unconditional release by the Court of Appeal & the United Nations.

Nnamdi Kanu has been held in detention by the Department of State Services (DSS) on the directive of the Nigerian government since his rearrest in Kenya in 2021.
Despite court rulings ordering Kanu’s release and awarding him monetary compensation, the Nigerian government has yet to comply.
On Monday, IPOB accused the DSS of denying Kanu access to visitors amid reports of his deteriorating health condition.
