In a circulating online video, the movie star expressed incredulity that a man would go through the traditional rites of paying his wife’s bride price and investing significantly in their wedding, only to find himself locked out of her phone conversations.

Richard emphasized his belief that husbands should have full access to their wives’ phones and online activities, suggesting that such privacy measures should have ceased when the woman was single or remained unmarried.

The actor went further to caution men who tolerate their wives’ phone privacy, warning that they might unknowingly invest decades in raising children who may not be biologically theirs.

He exclaimed, “It’s truly unbelievable! After paying your bride price, financing the wedding, you marry her, and she decides to password her phone, restricting your access to her chats on WhatsApp, friend requests, or voice notes. And she still calls you her rightful husband!
