According to a statement released on Wednesday by the Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Media Office, armed assailants stormed the country home late Tuesday, damaging multiple windows before being repelled by a joint team of security personnel, local vigilantes, and community youths.

The quick intervention reportedly led to the arrest of one suspect, identified as Suberu Jose—a known ritualist from the area—who confessed to his role in the attack, claiming it was his third time targeting the property.
